We’ve poured our heart and soul (and a sprinkle of AI magic) into creating a service that’s both innovative and affordable. To make sure you’re absolutely delighted with the results, it’s important to understand the scope of our AI design services – and what they don’t include. Think of it as a friendly chat before we start reimagining your space together.

Important Note: Due to the personalized nature of our services and the significant effort involved in creating your designs, our packages are non-refundable. We want you to be completely confident in your decision, so we encourage you to read through this page carefully and ask any questions you may have beforehand.
What people misunderstand (or wrongly expect) the most:
That we are Traditional Interior Designers and deliver the same level of service (including shopping lists etc) as them.
We are NOT traditional designers and we DO NOT offer traditional interior design work.
If we did, we’d be charging from £3000+.
This means we don’t:
- Provide on-site consultations or project management.
- Create detailed floor plans or technical drawings.
- Source or purchase furniture or materials.
- Handle any construction or renovation work.
- Offer bespoke furniture design or fabrication.
- Provide exact specifications for lighting, plumbing, or electrical work.
Traditional interior designers in the UK often utilize tools and services such as:
- AutoCAD for creating detailed floor plans and technical drawings.
- SketchUp for 3D modelling and visualization.
- Physical sample boards with fabric, material, and colour swatches.
- In-person consultations, site visits, and project management.
- Collaboration with contractors and suppliers for sourcing and installation.
The costs for these traditional services can vary widely, starting from thousands of pounds and increasing based on project complexity and scope.
We DO NOT use these as part of our services.
Your Photos: The Foundation of Your AI Design
At AI Creative Interiors, we use the images you provide as the base for our designs. That’s why the quality of your photos is so important. The clearer your photos are, the better the final design will be.
Here’s how it works:

Refresh Your Existing Space: If you like your current room layout but want to update its style, we’ll use your photos as a starting point. We can suggest new paint colours and décor to create a fresh look. However, we cannot combine elements from different photos of the same room. For example, if you send us two photos of your room taken from different angles, we cannot create one design that includes both angles. We can only work with one photo at a time.

Create a Brand New Concept: If you’re looking for a complete redesign or want to explore different layouts, we can create a new concept. This concept will not be based on your existing room and will have different dimensions.
Important Notes:
- We cannot perform detailed photo manipulations or make small changes to individual elements within your photos.
- Our focus is on creating a cohesive and stylish design that reflects your vision.
- Clear, well-lit images taken in landscape mode will help us create the best possible design for you.
What’s Beyond the Scope of Our Services:
While we use advanced AI technology to transform and stage rooms beautifully, it’s important to understand what this service cannot provide. Our work focuses on creating stylish, cohesive designs for your spaces, but there are limitations to keep in mind:
- Not Suitable for Micro Changes: If you’re looking for highly specific adjustments, like changing individual doorknobs, small décor items, or painting tiny elements in a particular style, this service may not be the best fit. The transformations we create are room-wide and styled as a cohesive concept.
- No Detailed Photo Manipulations: This is not a Photoshop service. We do not provide intricate, piece-by-piece edits or pixel-level changes. Instead, we apply a beautiful, consistent style to your entire room or furnish it with a specific look.
- Pre-Furnished Rooms: While we can add furniture and décor to empty rooms or restyle furnished spaces, ultra-detailed editing of existing items isn’t possible. Our goal is to give you a strong, visually appealing concept that reflects the chosen style, not to edit every small object.
- Spatial Planning Limitations: While we can create beautiful room concepts, AI cannot guarantee exact measurements or determine if furniture will precisely fit your space. Final furniture choices and layouts should always be based on professional measurements and space planning.
- Custom Building Features: The service cannot provide detailed specifications for built-in elements, platform constructions, or architectural changes. These require professional architectural or construction expertise.
- Technical Constraints: Things like electrical points, radiator positions, HVAC systems, and other technical elements should be planned with qualified professionals.
- Structural Considerations: While we can visualize room layouts, we cannot advise on load-bearing walls, structural changes, or building regulations. These require professional consultation.
- Storage Solutions: Though we can show beautiful storage concepts, precise storage planning needs careful measurement and consideration of specific storage needs.
