Property Potential Showcase

Reimagining Hurdle Way: Unlocking the potential of a Victorian gem.

A digital visualisation of what this residence could look like, exploring a range of bespoke design concepts.

Hurdle Way has incredible bones—high ceilings, generous proportions, and a prestigious address. But for many buyers, it can be hard to look past the older decor to see the home underneath. I’ve created these visualisations to help bridge that gap, exploring diverse styles to show how versatile this property truly is—revealing the stunning modern home hiding within the Victorian shell.

The Kitchen: Light & Flow

The existing solid oak kitchen is of high quality, but the layout and wood tones can feel heavy to a modern eye. We have reimagined this space to maximise the natural light from the large garden window, showing how it can transition from a functional workspace into the bright, social heart of the home.

  • The Goal: Remove visual clutter to open up the garden views.
  • The Style: Exploring modern neutrals and deep heritage accents.
  • The Result: A spacious, airy atmosphere that feels twice as big.

The Master Bathroom: A Modern Sanctuary

For many buyers, the current pink suite and carpet represent "immediate work required." We have stripped this back to its architectural shell to show the luxury potential hidden within. By re-zoning the space and updating the finishes, we transform a dated utility into a spa-like retreat.

  • The Goal: Overcoming the objection of the dated suite.
  • The Style: Natural stone, freestanding bath, and soft lighting.
  • The Result: Adding perceived value to the Master Suite.

About This Project

This visualisation was created by AI Creative Interiors (AICI). We are a design technology studio based in Watford, specialising in helping estate agents sell 'potential' rather than just 'property'. We admired the architecture of Hurdle Way and wanted to demonstrate how AI-assisted staging can help buyers look past dated decor to see the true value of a home.
